On September 28th, 2023, at 6:34 pm, the Public Information Officer for Harris County, Texas, made a solemn announcement. In this update, it was conveyed that the body of a child, believed to be Los Jones, the 5-year-old boy who had been reported missing, has been discovered by a dive team. Tragically, the child was found submerged in a pond and was confirmed to have passed away. The office extends its heartfelt condolences to the grieving family.
Previously, a Missing Person Alert had been issued for Los Jones, who was last seen in the 5900 block of Longhorn Run in Katy, West Harris County.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is urging the public to come forward with any information pertaining to this tragic incident.
