SAN ANTONIO – Law enforcement is currently conducting an inquiry into a domestic dispute that resulted in an uncle using a machete to injure his nephew.
The incident transpired at approximately 8:07 p.m. on Valley Pawn, within the 6200 block.
According to the police report, a heated argument initially erupted between an uncle and his nephew, which quickly escalated to a physical altercation. Subsequently, their respective spouses became embroiled in a physical altercation of their own.
In an attempt to intervene and separate the warring spouses, the nephew stepped in. It was during this moment that the uncle took out a machete and inflicted an injury to his nephew’s arm.
Fortunately, the nephew’s injuries are considered non-life-threatening, and he received prompt medical attention from EMS.
Currently, two individuals have been apprehended in connection with the incident.
This situation remains an active and ongoing investigation by law enforcement authorities.
